How it works
Every order placed on uk.kavee.com between 00:00 and 23:59 UK time on Wednesday 30 September 2026 goes into the Refund Day draw automatically. There's no code and nothing extra to pay.
The prize
We'll pick one order at random and refund everything you paid for it, delivery included, to your original payment method. The products are yours to keep.
The winner
We'll draw the winner on Thursday 1 October and email them from help@kavee.com by Friday 2 October.
The small print
Open to customers aged 18 or over. Subscription renewals, TikTok Shop orders, wholesale orders and orders cancelled before the draw aren't included.
