We offer international shipping to the countries below. Some shipping fees are based on the order value or weight. To place an order to the United States or Canada, please visit our US website here.
As all EU orders are shipped from the UK, customs duties and VAT (Value Added Tax) may apply to these orders. Please, refer to the Customs, Duties, & Taxes section below for further information.

Customs, Duties, & Taxes
Please note that all orders are shipped from the United Kingdom, so customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply. These charges are not included in the price of the product or shipping cost and will be calculated once the shipment has entered the country.

Canada: As your order is coming from the US, customs duties and taxes may be applied. The rates vary depending on the value of the order and the specific regulations of each country. These fees are collected by the carrier upon delivery and are not calculated or collected by us.

European Union: As the UK is no longer part of the EU, customs duties and VAT (Value Added Tax) may apply to orders shipped from the UK. These charges are also due upon delivery and will be collected by the carrier. For reference, the total amount of these charges is approximately 25-35% of your order value. In line with our refund policy, please note that shipping arrangements and any costs incurred for returning items are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you have received your order damaged, please email us at help@kavee.com to file a claim in order to get a replacement or a refund, as per our Refund Policy.
