Our loyalty programme for pet parents who really mean it. Join for free, collect Kavee Koins on every order and spend them on the things your guinea pigs love most. Simple, rewarding and completely free.
How do I join the Kavee Klub and is it free?
Just create a free account using the button above. Once you're signed in, your Koins will be there waiting.
How do I collect Kavee Koins?
Every £1 you spend earns you 10 Koins, added straight to your piggy bank. You can pick up an extra 200 Koins by following us on Instagram too.
Can I refer a friend?
Absolutely. If you refer a friend and they spend £70 in our shop, you both get a £20 coupon. Find your unique referral link when you log in.
Do Referrals expire?
No. Your coupon and your friend's have no expiry date.
Can I refer multiple people?
As many times as you like. There's no limit.
Where can I see my Koin balance?
Log into your account. Your full balance is right there.
Will the Koins expire?
Yes, the expiry date of your koins will be visible on your account. So make sure you grab those pawsome rewards before it’s too late!
How can I spend my Kavee Koins?
Every 500 Koins = £1 off your next order. Keep collecting and you could be adding new accessories to your piggy's home for free.
Can I add Koins from previous orders?
Yes. Sign up using the same email address you've used to order with us before and your previous Koins will appear in your account automatically.
