A home with room for three guinea pigs. This 5x2 C&C habitat is designed to give 2-3 guinea pigs the space they need to run, rest and live comfortably together. Complete with a loft, ramp and clear panels, it encourages natural behaviours while helping your pets stay connected to the world around them. Available with black or white grids to suit your space.
The spacious 5x2 layout provides significantly more room than traditional pet shop cages, giving guinea pigs space to exercise, relax and enjoy time apart when they choose. The elevated loft adds extra enrichment and exploration without increasing the habitat's footprint.
Safety comes first. The loft features a fully enclosed Coroplast™ floor with no wire gaps, helping to prevent bumblefoot and falls. Our grid design uses smaller holes than the industry-standard C&C grids, helping to prevent guinea pigs over eight weeks old from getting stuck or escaping.
The Coroplast™ base is durable, practical and easy to clean. Simply wipe it down with a pet-safe cleaner to keep it looking fresh. It is also perfectly sized to fit Kavee Fleece Liners for a simple bedding solution.
Fully modular and customisable, your habitat can be expanded, reshaped or connected to additional habitats whenever you choose. Add panels, change the layout or grow your setup over time without starting from scratch.
No tools, tape or glue are required for assembly. The grids snap securely into connectors and the pre-cut Coroplast™ base folds neatly into shape. Most owners have their habitat ready in under 30 minutes.

CARING INSTRUCTIONS
Kavee C&C homes can be cleaned simply and quickly with 5 easy steps:
- Remove your pets from the cage and pop them in a carrier.
- Shake hay off of accessories and scoop up extra waste.
- Remove dirty bedding. If you’ve upgraded to our reusable liners, they can go in the washing machine.
- Clean the Coroplast floor with a damp sponge and piggy-safe cage cleaner. Dry with a cloth.
- Set up your C&C again! Tip: change up their accessories for enrichment.
WARNINGS
Please remove the protective film from the clear panels before setting up your cage.
The grids are finished with a non-toxic powder coating designed to withstand everyday use. Some guinea pigs may occasionally nibble the coating, but it is safe if they do.
Most guinea pigs won’t chew the Coroplast base. If yours does, cover the exposed edge with a nibble guard, cardboard or fabric while they settle into their new setup.
We recommend using a lid if you have young children, cats or dogs in the home. Never leave other animals unattended near your guinea pigs’ setup.
HOW TO ASSEMBLE
Setting up your Kavee C&C guinea pig habitat is straightforward and requires no tools.
The grids connect securely using the included connectors and cable ties. The Coroplast™ base arrives pre-cut with locking tabs and slots, allowing it to fold neatly into shape without tape, glue or cutting.

Can I build a C&C cage even if I have no DIY skills?
Yes! The beauty of Kavee’s indoor guinea pig cages is that they require no tools or DIY skills to build. Simply slot the grids into the connectors and lock the coroplast base into place.
Is this cage safe for all guinea pigs?
Compared to industry standards, our design is extra safe as the small holes and thin meshing make these cages even suitable for baby piggies over 8 weeks old - preventing them from getting stuck in the bars or making a great escape.
If I get another piggy, will I need to change my cage?
Nope, that’s the beauty of a fully customisable design! If you change your mind about your set-up or need to expand to welcome more piggies into your furry family, you can simply add extra grids and coroplast bases to up the size of your original cage.
How do I look after a C&C cage?
