WARNINGS
Make sure to remove the protective film from the clear panels before setting up the cage. While this cage is suitable even for baby pigs older than 8 weeks, make sure to test that it’s safe for the size of your pet as every piggy is different. Please note that acrylic panels are relatively fragile and must be handled with care, especially when inserting them into the connectors, as applying too much pressure may cause cracking.

While the C&C cage clear panels could be put together to create a full cage, we wouldn’t recommend creating a full cage out of them. The regular cage pieces allow for hanging accessories such as haybags or drinks bottles which are essentials for your piggies!
Are clear acrylic C&C panels easy to install without tools?
Yes! You can easily add acrylic C&C panels by following the video instructions in our YouTube videos. There are videos for each size and type of C&C cage we have. You do not need extra skills or tools to assemble the panels as they simply slot into the connectors.
Do acrylic C&C panels affect airflow or ventilation in the cage?
As the acrylic C&C panels have curved edges, there are spaces for ventilation around them so they do not affect airflow to your piggies.

We had it on the floor to begin with but then we upgraded to have the storage underneath and I think it’s much better and smarter looking like this
I was quite disappointed by how this cage fitted together given the price. I assembled it as per the instructions but it didn't feel secure so I ended up using cable ties to keep the frames together. Using the white pieces supplied just didn't work well the frames would pop out of place and make the cage wobbly. An expensive item which should have been better. Now it's fitted together properly I'm happy with it and my guineas love it

My boys love their Kavee enclosure! I ordered the 5x2 with stand and then added a loft extension. When I decided to extend with another 3x2 on the side it was so easy to add on. The storage boxes are perfect too. I plan on getting another two boys in the future and they’ll definitely be living in a Kavee house.
My girls love their winter inside cage. They love zooming and popcorning around it. They love the upstairs for bed time and snoozes and downstairs for play time during the day.
Myself &, my guinea pigs absolutely love the new 4x2 set up! And the kavee cage liners are brilliant. I have bought 2so I could alternate with washing one. Everything is so much easier to clean, & the handy spaces are really good to tuck their stuff away in boxes. However, as all Guinea pigs do, they munch on stuff they shouldn’t ! They both continue to chew along the edges of the plastic, in the top loft. I have tried covering with blankets but that doesn’t seem to work. Also the corner ‘fold in’ sections are failing, so they could fall from the loft section. I will need to have a go at glueing this as if I try to tape them, they will just end up eating the tape ! Overall I am very happy, just need to get my thinking cap on regarding sorting the plastic insert to the loft
The cage is very easy to assemble and very easy to clean. I love the transparent panels at the front. I wouldn’t recommend getting them all the way round because you’ll need somewhere to attach the water bottles and chews/toys. Initially I didn’t buy a lid, however we then ordered one because a neighbours cat decided she wanted to come in to play with them…. Luckily we caught her before she reached them!

I have nothing but praise for these beautiful cages from Kavee. My wife and I treated my mother in law to this, as she wanted a cage that was raised, so she didn't lean over as far. We can see the guinea pigs more easily, they love how comfortable and lovely the cage is. I can't believe you can even get the bars and base in colours! It's practical, it's stunning to look out, it's a fabulous experience. I've bought a second cage since and lots of accessories. Definitely invest in cages from Kavee, you won't regret it!

Great size cage, easy access via large lid. Overall love the cage, happy Guineapigs, happy owner. Good to have it above the ground although really need another layer as it’s the exact right height to hurt my back. Easy to clean. Could have been easier to put together. Printed instructions in box as well as online videos would have been helpful. If you lean on the cage - as you sometimes need to to catch your piggies, then the wire panels can pop out. The pigs also nibble to corroplast base so have had to improvise protector guards for the edges.
Great product. Reasonably easy to put together although did require a bit of strength to make sure the pieces click together securely. Easy to keep clean and our piggies love the extra space and particularly the loft area (above and below). Like having the storage space underneath too. Highly recommend.

The cage is great, perfect for our expanded Guinea family. The cushions are quite expensive and have already started to split so not sure I would recommend though. Also the chloroplast base seems to be liked by our guineas which was a shame as they have chewed it. We have since bought the chew guards but the damage is already done which is a shame.
